Terms of Sale
These terms govern the registration, allocation and sale of Orovanti objects. Acquisitions transacted via the GULD network are additionally subject to GULD's terms.
1. The Studio
Orovanti is a design and edition house registered in Milan, Italy. The house designs, produces and authors precious objects in fine gold and silver, offered in numbered editions.
2. Registration & Allocation
Registration of interest does not constitute a binding offer to sell. Allocation is at the sole discretion of the studio and is typically prioritised to Private Clients and to registrants of record.
3. Acquisition via GULD
Where the acquisition is transacted through the GULD network, payment, custody, delivery and title transfer are governed by GULD's own terms of service in addition to these.
4. Editions
Every volume is capped. Once the cap is reached the edition is closed and cannot be reissued. Each piece carries a serial number within its edition range.
5. Certification
Each object is accompanied by a Certificate of Authenticity signed by the studio and, where applicable, by the assaying refinery. The certificate must be retained.
6. Warranty
The studio warrants the metal, weight and fineness of every issued piece against its Certificate of Authenticity. Care of the object after delivery is the client's responsibility.
7. Jurisdiction
These terms are governed by the laws of Italy. Disputes not resolved amicably will be submitted to the courts of Milan.
